How to make a return
All returns should be pre-authorized. To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will gladly provide you with the relevant instructions.
- You can report any defective item within 90 days from the date of receipt. In this case, we will replace it with the same item.
- You are free to return a new item within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item must be unopened in its original package.
- We do not offer satisfaction returns. We kindly advise reading all the information about the item carefully before purchasing it.
When to expect your credit or replacement
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement. In case no item needs to be returned, your replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages. If you would like us to resend your order, you may be asked to pay an additional fee for shipping.
